About Redmore Studio
Straight from the nooks and crannies of Seth Redmore’s brain, Redmore Studio exists to bring clarity to turbid waters, to blow back the fog of war, see through the smoke and mirrors, and, finally, to connect the dots, to understand the most effective way to apply AI technology.
Put differently, and in first person, I’ve spent decades explaining the benefits of technology. It turns out that I’m pretty good at it. I have a powerful (if I do say so myself) combination of technology understanding and the ability to simplify. I love technology as a whole, but I will always put the user before the problem, the problem before the solution, the solution before the benefit, the benefit before the feature, and the feature before technology.
Ok, I was in marketing. I think in acronyms, analogies, 3-part projects, 5-phase efforts, and cycles. You’re gonna see a lot of those around these here parts.
My work here at Redmore Studio has 3 parts (see? there it is…). They are all about helping people understand generative AI through simplification of information. First is writing. This here blog and the series of “Generative AI for Curious Businesspeople” books that will be coming out over the next few months. I’ve drafted all 3, and will be releasing the first book in March. Second is training – once the first book is out, I will be releasing a series of asynchronous training classes. Third is consulting – I love people and love helping people solve problems. Let me help you solve your problem.
My efforts are aimed largely at small to medium enterprises – that’s where I’ve spent most of my career, except for the, you know, Cisco thing. AI can help you punch above your weight class, particularly now – as things are up in the air. I think they’ll be “up in the air” for a while, but we are in a transition state, and you can take advantage of these states to level up – as a person, as a company.
And at those enterprises, it’s the “business” people I’m talking to. The purchasing manager that has to negotiate with a chatbot company, the accounting director that’s looking at genAI-driven invoicing. I want you to be able to contribute meaningfully to the AI efforts in your company – even be able to say “nope, this isn’t the right way to solve the problem.”
If you’re at a larger company – fear not! My information is still valuable, though the scale and complexity of my examples will be different. I will help you level up in your career, even if I’m not trying to turn the ship that is a Fortune 500 company. (Phew.)
So, to summarize: I teach people about Generative AI. I do so through this website, through my (shortly) forthcoming books, through my (slightly longer-ly) training classes, and via customized training and consulting.
